Return & Refund Policy
At Lexinie Sport, we want our customers to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items according to the policy below.
Return Eligibility
Customers may return eligible products within 15 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Be returned in the original packaging.
- Include all tags, accessories, manuals, and included materials.
- Not be listed as a final sale, clearance, personalized, or non-returnable item.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs are only covered by Lexinie Sport if:
- The item received is defective.
- The item was damaged during shipping.
- An incorrect item was shipped.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.

- Reason for the return
- Photos of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Refund processing may take several business days depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Final sale or clearance items
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
